✨ Invitation to Tender – Christmas Lights Storage & Installation ✨
Maesycwmmer Community Council is inviting tenders from qualified and experienced contractors for the storage, erection, maintenance, and removal of Christmas lighting displays for the festive seasons 2026, 2027, 2028.
The contract will cover:
- Safe storage of council-owned festive lighting.
- Installation and testing of lights and motifs.
- Ongoing maintenance during the display period.
- Removal and return to storage after the festive season.
Contract Term: 3 years.
